Trouble finding your AMS Login Page
-Every agency has its own unique AMS URL. The standard URL format is the following:
https://YourAgencyNameHere.ams4you.net/amslogin.html
-Contact us if you would like us to look up your AMS URL
Trouble with Username or Password
-The admin user of your AMS account is able to look up and reset each user’s username and password from the “user” menu in the general configuration area
-Contact us if you are an admin user and would like us to look up your username or reset your password

Trouble with Usernamer or Password
-If you have been added as a user for your school your username is your email address
-Clicking the “Forgot Your Password?” link will email you a temporary password
-The admin user for your school can add you as a user if you are not already
